For the repair or fabrication of Air (A series) Hardening grades of tool steel. Performs well on extrusion, blanking and coining dies, mandrels, and forming rolls.
Heat-treatable carbon, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium alloy. Deposits as welded will typically yield 56-60 HRC. Weld deposits will result in improved wear resistance over oil and water hardening grades.
